Delayed or Missing Orders

If your delivery appears delayed:

1. Check your tracking information first

2. Allow 4 working days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us

Missing Items: If your package arrives incomplete, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the delivery note.

Lost Parcels: Shipments are officially classified as lost after 7 business days from dispatch. We'll work with our shipping partners to locate your package or arrange replacement items after you complete our simple Lossage Form.
