Shipping & Delivery

Run Legacy has partnered with the Royal Mail, and sometimes things take a bit longer. Bear with them and us while we do our best to ship your orders to you or process your return. As we grow we will look to add additional postal and courier services.

While we encourage conscious consumerism and do not expect our community to buy more than they need, but we do understand that shopping online sometimes doesn’t go according to plan. We have made every effort to make our product pages and buying guides as helpful and accurate as possible.

UK Delivery

How much does shipping cost? We offer a standard flat rate shipping charge of £3.99.

How long will my delivery take to arrive? We aim to despatch your products within 1 working day of purchase, however during busy periods it may take us a little longer. Once shipped, our products usually arrive within 5 working days however your delivery may take longer than anticipated due to reasons outside of our control, such as industrial action or adverse weather. For addresses in the Scottish Highlands this may be slightly longer.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses? No, due to carrier restrictions, we do not ship to PO box addresses at this time.

How is my order sent? / Our Shipping Carrier Our parcels are currently sent from a warehouse in the UK using Royal Mail trackable service. Please ensure you enter a phone number and valid email address when making your order so we can provide tracking. As always you can contact our helpful customer services team should you have any order queries at hello@run-legacy.com.

Do you deliver internationally? We currently only ship within the UK. Bear with us, if you don’t live in the UK and want to join our community, we have plans to build a sustainable, global community, so we can all contribute to leaving a legacy for future generations and give back to the environment.

Do you offer in-store pick up? Nope, not yet. We don’t have any stores. When we do you we will make it as easy as possible for you to pick up, drop off, try on. Do what you like!

Delayed Orders/Missing in Transit. We promise we'll try to do what we can to ensure you receive your order within the timeframe specified. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed while it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.

If your parcel is lost or delayed, let us know and we'll act quickly to try and locate it, bearing in mind the points below. 

Missing Products If any product is missing from your delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. You will need to provide us with a copy of the despatch note from your parcel.

More Delivery Information

Please allow 4 working days from the anticipated date of delivery before contacting us to chase a parcel. We'll then contact our courier to investigate and locate the parcel.

Parcels are classed as missing in transit by our couriers if they haven't arrived within 7 business days from the date of despatch. 

Please note that we'll ask you to complete a Lossage Form prior to sending replacements. We'll email this to you if your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of the anticipated delivery date.
