UK Delivery Options
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail or National Couriers using tracked services. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are typically dispatched within 1 working day.
Free UK Delivery is automatically applied to all orders over £75.

Delivery Timeframes

No In-Store Pickup
We operate exclusively online without physical retail locations. We plan to add convenient pickup options as we grow.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your delivery appears delayed:
- Check your tracking information first
- Allow 4 working days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us
- Contact our customer service team at hello@run-legacy.com with your order number
Missing Items: If your package arrives incomplete, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the delivery note.
Lost Parcels: Shipments are officially classified as lost after 7 business days from dispatch. We'll work with our shipping partners to locate your package or arrange replacement items after you complete our simple Lossage Form.
International Shipping
We're currently focused on perfecting our UK delivery service before expanding internationally. We're committed to building a sustainable global community and will introduce international shipping options soon.
