At Run Legacy, we're committed to helping you find the right products the first time. We encourage mindful shopping to reduce unnecessary returns, but we understand that sometimes returns are needed. This policy outlines our simple process for returns, exchanges, and handling faulty products.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us First: Email hello@run-legacy.com with your order number and return reason
  2. Package Your Item: Ensure products are in original condition with all packaging
  3. Ship Your Return: Send to our returns address using a tracked service
  4. Refund Processing: Allow up to 14 days for refund to your original payment method

Important: Please package items securely and use a tracked shipping service. Items remain your responsibility until received at our returns center.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Nutrition products
  • Intimate products
  • Selected health and personal care products
  • Gift cards

Exchange Process

If you'd prefer a different color, size, or style:

  1. Contact hello@run-legacy.com to request an exchange
  2. Return your unused item following our standard return procedure
  3. Specify your preferred replacement

Price Differences:

  • If replacement costs less: We'll refund the difference
  • If replacement costs more: We'll request payment for the difference before shipping

Faulty Products

If you discover a fault with your product:

  1. Contact us at: hello@run-legacy.com with details of the fault
  2. Include clear photos if possible
  3. Return the item within a reasonable timeframe
  4. Ensure the product is clean and dry

We'll inspect the item upon receipt and issue a refund including your return shipping costs when a fault is confirmed. In some cases, we may consult with the manufacturer for assessment.

Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch:

  • Email hello@run-legacy.com immediately after placing your order
  • Include your order number and cancellation request

After Dispatch:

  • Wait for your order to arrive
  • Follow our standard returns procedure

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  1. We'll send a confirmation email
  2. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  3. Allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account
  4. Standard delivery charges are not refunded for voluntary returns

If your refund hasn't appeared after 14 days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank about processing times
