Returns and Refund Policy


We try our best to help you find the right products first time.

We encourage you to fully research the product, read the product description and get in touch with us at if you have any questions before you buy - we’re happy to help!

We invite you to shop mindfully and buy what you intend to keep in order to minimise wasteful returns.

We do also understand that there may be times you have to return something to us - that’s OK it happens! If you do, we’ve made this easy for you.

how to return

If you would like to return your purchased product, you must notify us of your desire to return it within 30 days of receipt. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless the product is faulty (as explained later). 

To complete your return, in the first instance, please email us at, together with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. When you return the product, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once you've been in touch with us about your return (see previous), to return your product, you should post your product to:

As the product will be your responsibility until it has been successfully returned to us, we highly recommend that you return it by a tracked service, and that you have packaged it properly.

We do not offer free returns, unless the product is faulty, although we may offer this at certain times of the year or as we grow. It is therefore your responsibility to pay the postage costs of the return.


Several types of products are exempt from being returned. These include:

- Nutrition products

- Intimate products

- Sanitary products

- Some health and personal care products 

- Gift cards 

- Downloadable software products

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Any product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product.

Provided that your product is eligible for a refund (i.e. it has not been used, is in the same condition, in its original packaging, and is not a prohibited product), then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days. We will not refund any delivery charges on returned orders.

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at:


If you receive your product and decide you would prefer a different colour or style, you may return it to us for an exchange within 30 days of delivery. 

The original product must be returned unused, in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. 

If the replacement product is cheaper than your original order, we will refund the difference to your payment method and if the replacement product is more expensive than your original order, we will request payment for the difference. We will be unable to process the exchange until you have paid the difference. You will be responsible for the associated postage costs for the return and exchange.

If you need to exchange your purchase for the same product, such as in a different size, send us an email at and we will advise you on the next steps.

Faulty Products

If you find a fault with your product, please contact us at: and we can help advise the best way to deal with it. 

You are entitled to return faulty products if you notify us of the fault within 6 months of the date of purchase. Faulty products should be returned within a reasonable time and must be in a clean and dry condition. Any products which are not in a clean, dry and hygienic condition will be returned to you.

Please enclose all your details and a covering note explaining the fault and any other useful details, such as photos.

We'll try to get back to you within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel, although during busy periods this may take slightly longer.

Where a fault is found, we'll refund your reasonable return postage costs. Occasionally, if we're struggling to locate a fault, we may request a second opinion from the product manufacturer.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancelling before despatch

To cancel your order before it’s despatched, we recommend that you email: as soon as you can after placing your order, and we'll do our best to cancel your order before it's despatched.

Cancelling after despatch

If you want to cancel your order after despatch, you'll need to wait until you receive your order and then follow our returns procedure set out above.
