We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail or National Couriers using tracked services. Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are typically dispatched within 1 working day.

Missing Items: If your package arrives incomplete, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the delivery note.
Lost Parcels: Shipments are officially classified as lost after 7 business days from dispatch. We'll work with our shipping partners to locate your package or arrange replacement items after you complete our simple Lossage Form.
